We recommend that you submit a list of ten games you would like to rent in preferential order. Keeping your wishlist populated with 5-10 games will ensure a fast turnaround from the time you return the game to the time we forward to you the next one. On the rare occasion where your next game is not in stock we will send the next available game that is on your list. After you have subscribed to our service you can make changes to your 'Wishlist' in a number of ways:

  • by emailing us at 10@paramountgmaesrental.co.uk
  • you can post your updated Wishlist in the Facebook Gamers Group (membership required)
  • you can direct message us via Paramount Games Rental Facebook Page

The short answer is 'You probably CAN!' _
Due to website loading times PGR is limited to the amount of titles that appear in our Game Libraries _ If you can't see the game you want to play or you are looking for a special game please DO ask _ We most likely will still have it in stock.

All games are sent by the Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 days delivery time). Games which have only just been released including PS4 and Xbox One titles are sent via Signed for Delivery due to the cost of the games.

Every game you receive will have a plastic case and a pre-paid envelope for your use.
When returning a game place the game disc inside the plastic case and then in the pre-paid envelope.

We STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you get a Certificate of Posting which is free of charge from the Post Office. You should keep this because it will cover you in the event of a game being lost in the post. Should a losss occur Paramount Games Rental WILL ask you for this certificate and we will require the Certificate of Posting within 7 days so that we can notify and charge Royal Mail for the loss.

It is your responsibility to ensure the game is adequately packaged for return delivery and any damages subsequent to poor packaging will be chargeable to your account. The best advice is rather than return the game in haste contact PGR and we will post you replacements so that the game is returned to us safely _
Contact support@paramountgamesrental.co.uk to request a replacement pre-paid envelope and/or plastic case.

Unfortunately, we are unable to extend our rental service outside the UK.

Throughout the year we do sell ex-rental titles on PGRShop as well as via our Facebook page and our Facebook group at a discounted rate. If you subscribe to PGR newsletter you will find ex-rental titles advertised there as well.

Unfortunately, we are unable to register members who are under the age of 18. However, it is possible for parents to subscribe to Paramount Games Rental on behalf of their children who are under 18.

We verify ALL registrations for Anti-fraud and Anti-theft purposes as a Standard Procedure. We check your billing details to ensure they are registered to the address you have provided.

You are free to cancel at anytime. If you do not want to proceed with our service please return the game on the prepaid envelope BEFORE your billing date and simply advise us of your intention to cancel via email to cancellations@paramountgamesrental.co.uk.
Any billing taken after this period without the game returned and cancellation advised will be non-refundable.
