In this edition of zer0Lag we take a look at six games featured at the annual Electronics Entertainment Expo (E3) convention that happened recently in Los Angeles. PGR has selected these six as being of special interest and we have links to more than an hour of footage and gameplay for you.

An upcoming World War I 1st-person shooter developed by EA DICE. This 14th installment in the Battlefield franchise is the first main entry in the series since Battlefield 4 in 2013.
Players can take control of various armored vehicles, including light and heavy tanks, armoured trucks, biplanes and battleships, as well as ride horses into battle. Destructible environments and weapon customization, features present in the previous games, return in Battlefield 1.
The game's multiplayer is planned to support up to 64 players. The new squad system allows a group of players to enter and leave game servers together. Multiplayer maps are to be based on locations around the world, including Arabia, the Western Front, and the Alps.
An upcoming Action Adventure RPG developed by Arkane Studios as the sequel to Dishonored (2012). The main characters of are Corvo Attano, a former bodyguard turned assassin, and Emily Kaldwin, the former Empress of Dunwall.
15 years after the Dunwall Plague Empress Emily Kaldwin is suddenly dethroned by an "otherworldly usurper" and becomes an outlaw to society. Determined to claim it back, Emily follows in the steps of her royal protector and father, Corvo Attano, by becoming an assassin.
Players can choose whether to play stealthily, finishing the game without killing. There will also be a "third" path, which appears to be when the player can refuse to acquire supernatural powers from the "Outsider" and goes through the game having no access to supernatural abilities.
This will be the first FIFA game in the series to use Battlefield's Frostbite game engine. EA Sports announced at E3 2016 that they will have all 20 Premier League managers likenesses in the game as well. On the official FIFA17 website EASports promises "Complete innovation in the way players think and move, physically interact with opponents, and execute in attack puts you in control of every moment on the pitch."
The 10th installment in the Ghost Recon franchise but the first to feature an open world environment. This game will drop the futuristic setting introduced in Advanced Warfare and will feature a setting similar to the original Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon.
The game is set in Bolivia, against the largest supplier of drugs in the world. The rise in power of the (fictional) Santa Blanca cartel has not only destabilized the region but also become a world threat. As a result, the United States Army dispatches an elite special operations unit called "The Ghosts" to destroy and reveal the evil connection between the drug cartel and the local government.
The game will feature a four-player co-operative multiplayer, but can also be played solo, in which the player will be accompanied by three AI teammates, which the player can give orders to.
A 3rd-person, Action / RPG in development by Guerrilla Games_ their first since since Killzone in 2004.
The game is set 1,000 years in a future in which humanity has long abandoned Earth due to the world being dominated by robotic creatures. Players take control of hunter and archer, Aloy, as she progresses through a post-apocalyptic land ruled by mechanized creatures, such as robotic dinosaurs. The creatures have valuable commodities such as electricity and metal which are vital to Aloy's survival, as she tries to discover the history of what happened to humankind.
The game's role-playing elements are said to be between that of Assassin's Creed and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
An upcoming open world Action Adventure Shooter video game developed and published by Ubisoft. The game features a new protagonist named Marcus Holloway, who is a young, intelligent hacker from Oakland.
San Francisco becomes the next city to install the ctOS surveillance system which connects everyone with everything. One man, wrongly framed for a crime he did not commit by the upgraded ctOS system, which connects his personal information to the crime. Realizing the system brings harm to the innocent citizens of San Francisco, he decides to work with the hacking group DedSec to take down the city's ctOS 2.0, and Blume, the creator of the ctOS system.
The game introduces a cooperative multiplayer mode, in which players can meet and interact with other random players, and complete missions together. The game features an emote system, which allows players' characters to communicate with each other through basic gestures.
